You have a gift called Clairempathy- (Clear "emotion") To sense or "feel" within one's self, the attitude or emotions of another person. It is difficult to learn to use as it is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed by others feelings and emotions. What one needs to do is to learn to raise and lower shields. These shields are different for each empath and that’s why its hard to teach. However there are basics that each individual can start from and later adjust as needed.

First off is CELESTITE This stone aids in spiritual development, the development of empathy, and the "learning" how to pray in a successful manner. Praying is much like spell casting, which is pretty much what you should be doing every morning when you erect your wall. Then with the use of this stone it wont take so much time or focus and you will learn how to quickly reinforce the wall when needed or how to let it down when you wish.

The second stone to be used is Peach Moonstone also called the stone of Empaths, and is often used to judge if a person is truly an empath or not. If one is a true empath it works 100% in alleviating any unwanted energies, if they are not a true empath it does very little to help. As you can see this stone is a real must as you begin your work and as you grow into the advanced levels as this stone is used to release energies absorbed from others. So when you have that headache or are hurting or just feeling to overwhelmed this is the stone to touch and hold. You can even create an elixir from this stone by dropping it into water for a few minutes and let the water be activated by the stones qualities. Then drink the water (be sure to remove the stone first) and you will be amazed how well it works for you removing the unwanted energies and helping the true empath become more balanced and protected from unwanted energies

The third stone to consider having with you is especially good for shielding and advanced healing work is called Tangerine Quartz. The properties of this stone are as follows; this stone is Feminine in nature and gives off dual purposes in Empathy and right (positive) will. It allows the user to Shield in Empathetic nature automatically without conscious thought, as well as still being able to tap into those qualities at will. It aids in "in-take healing." Those who take in the illness of the one they heal and quickens the cleansing of the healers body. It works especially well when used with Hawks Eyes (blue tigers eye)

The fourth stone I recommend is Emerald which is often used to "hone" empathy skills as you begin to develop your own way to use your gifts. This is a stone of Honor as well so it will not allow you to stray into negative use of your gift and will keep you safe within the light. It will also protect you from Psychic Vampires and psychic attacks in general which can be made by people who are attracted to the amount of energy you are working with and feeling. You become a great "fast food" for them to eat off of.

Well those are a few simple and easy things you can do to aid in your development, just remember if it gets to much or to scary you can always pull away by building that wall. Nothing can stop you for you have the power and you have the natural talent. There is nothing to be afraid of as you dabble here and there in your gift if you remember that you must always be responsible with this gift. That you must never invade without asking, keep in mind the harm ye none rule (and taking away a persons choice is harming, as well as reading things they dont wish to have you feel or see.) Right now at the beginning, you may feel this is more of a curse and wish it would just go away. Yet as you grow and explore and as you learn the uses of this most awesome gift you will learn that there is much more to it than meets the eye and that you were selected to have this gift for very specific reasons. Just keep to the path of Honor, Respect and Positive Intent and you will grow in the manner in which the Lady and Lord meant for you to and you will be Blessed.
